In April,2013 we made arrangements to stay at the Comfort Inn with Courtney,I dont know her last name but she was so helpful to us with the arrangements and directions from Illinois. On April 18,2013 me and about 15 of my family members traveled to Fort Jackson in South Carolina for my sons graduation from basic training.although we were cramped up in the cars the sites and scenery and colors were so beautiful that even the children could not stop with the oohs and aahsThe mountains formation so magnificent as though they were cut by the hand of GOD.After arriving at Comfort Inn we were happily greeted by Daisy,front desk Marlissa manager, Derrick the assistant manager and Courtney on the night shift The staff were very polite and cordial.The rooms were always clean you could eat off the bathroom floor.We truly enjoyed the pool and didnt want to leave.Whenever I travel I will use Comfort Inn The price was very reasonable the breakfast was great,Thanks guys keep doing what you do We really appreaciated it.Evangelist Nancy Kuyoro,Country Club Hills Illinois ,email nancykuyoro@yahoo.com. « less

We found the room to be a little dated, old blankets, desk that wasn't quite stable, couch with stains on the cushions, and a smaller bathroom. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was very helpful in getting our room even though we arrived earlier on a day that the hotel was sold out. Lobby and breakfast area were nice and clean, coffee was good. « less

Pool and jacuzzis was gross. There were 12 people and everyone including kids were coughing eyes burning. Couldn't get in front door after 12 with key and rang ang rang and no one came for 10 min. Rooms master ok suite with pullout bed gross dirty holy bed holy couch food and money in pullout. Coffee horrible. No signs for do not disturb. When bed out in suite can't open fridge or the door. Fridge is a 3 ft frige that doesn't get cold. Furniture dusty. Could have wrote my name on it. People that stayed there looked a little rough. « less

Upon arrival, we were graciously greeted and taken care of immediately. The room was very clean and adequately appointed to meet our needs. We stayed in a handicap accessible room and we were impressed with the set-up, especially the tub and shower. My wife, who has a disability, really appreciated the ease of using the shower. The king size bed was very comfortable. I liked the fact that there was an arm chair with an ottoman. The flat panel tv and channel line up were adequate. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only thing I would caution you on is: If you are a light sleeper and you are bothered by road noise, ask for a room on the backside of the hotel, as Interstate 26 is less than 100 yards away from the front side of the hotel. « less
