My husband and I booked this hotel as a pit stop on our way home and we were very pleased. It was close to the airport, clean, and affordable. The receptionist was courteous and quick with check-in. We did find that it was somewhat of a "maze" to get to our room but once there we were pleased. The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was a little tight but we made do.
The hotel does have a restaurant (The Landing), a fitness center, and a lobby bar.
Would recommend to others and will return when in the area. « less

We stayed here for two nights while at a soccer tournament. The service was exceptional from the moment that we arrived. We weren't pleased with the location of our room and they switched it with no questions asked. The layout was definitely geared to conferences and was different. But the rooms were nice and comfortable. I do wish that there was a fridge in the room, but the cooler and ice machine served the same purpose. We also wish a continental breakfast was available. Other than these two drawbacks, we had a great stay. « less

Service is excellent, food is always good, front desk is always fast to check you in and always smiling, Mellisa at the bar instantly has your drink and menu ready. The internet service is free to Priority Club members and is fast. The hotel has at least 2 buses running to the airport and service is fast. The bus drivers are always friendy and also offer to take you anywhere else close by if you chose to eat at one of the close resturants or need to go to the store. ALL employees try to make your stay as seamless as posssible. « less

From the tim I called for late arrival due to airline delays this hotel responded with grace and fantastic service. They checked me in so my room would be waiting when I finally arrived. Then I was greeted with a fruit bowl in our room, a most comfortable and peaceful one at that. When I went to the club room for breakfast, the attendant was so cheerful and accomodating that I really felt at home. This visit was a great experience from start to finish and I will return every time I return to msy.. « less
