I stayed in this hotel last night as I was in town for work. I had never been to this area before, and I drove around and around and around trying to find somewhere nice to stay. I became a little stressed as a lot of areas seemed vacant and unkept, but I finally stopped at this location. I cannot express how impressed I was by how clean this hotel is and what great staff work there! My boyfriend and I were in our room and the temperature continued to go up so we finally broke down and called the front desk. Marcus, at the front desk, answered and said he'd be up to check it. He came up within minutes and asked that we call again if it didn't go down. We waited a bit and the temperature still wasn't going down so he said that he'd send the electrician up to our room. The electrician came up and couldn't fix the problem, so they moved us to another room and comped the stay! Thanks Marcus, the electrician, and the rest of the staff that made our stay so wonderful! « less
