Property Description

Individual hardwood self-contained cottages in typical Creole vernacular architecture are nestled within lush flower & fruit gardens fringed by Dominica's longest sandy beach known to the island's first settlers as Ayohayo. Our Wellness Eco Cottages each contain one en-suite bedroom with queen bed, a kitchenette and living/dinning area and a private veranda. In-room facilities include; a daybed in the living area, iron & board, Cable TV, WI-Fi, and local herbal & organic teas and personal amenities. Choose to relax on our beach\ or in the gardens or take advantage of many of the nearby natural attractions; scuba diving and snorkeling, whale watching, visiting the Cabrits National Park, row-boat ride up the Indian River, site of the scene of Calypso's den in 'Pirates of the Caribbean 2' (a number of the executive crew members of the movie were also our guest), bird watching at the Syndicate Forest Reserve, visit the Carib Territory or enjoy tours and adventures around the island. Our Spa Therapy Suite is situated in one of our Cottages where our therapists offer various health & beauty treatments using natural organic and local ingredients, all treatments are arranged by appointments for our guest. At Picard Beach Wellness Eco Cottages we offer wildlife & adventure tours, Scuba diving, honeymoon and wedding packages and invite our guest to join in our wildlife preservation and environmentally sensitive operations and projects. Dining at Le Flambeau Restaurant & Beach Bar just next door is informal and relaxing; serving breakfast lunch, dinner, all day snacks and cocktails all with a Creole-Caribbean twist on international favorites.
