We are not the hotel, hotel property, or hotel brand identified on this website, and we are not a party to the actual transaction between the Hotel and/or Travel Services Vendor and the end-user.
Hotel names, brand names, logos, trademarks, and other identifying marks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the hotels and brands available through the Site. Their use does not indicate that HotelPlanner.com is the hotel, the hotel brand, or an official website operated by or on behalf of the hotel or brand.
As a middleware, HotelPlanner.com's role is limited to providing the technology site that connects end-users with Hotels and Travel Services Vendors. The contractual relationship for the accommodation is between the end-user and the Hotel or Travel Services Vendor, not with HotelPlanner.com. While HotelPlanner.com may maintain commercial relationships or reservation agreements with certain hotels and lodging providers, we operate independently and are not owned by, operated by, or the official website of any individual hotel or hotel brand unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Company has no control over the quality, price, safety, or legality of the rooms or services advertised, or the truth or accuracy of any listing, and cannot ensure that a Hotel or Travel Services Vendor will honor a reservation. As an independent travel network, we can offer rooms through hotel room suppliers and through global distribution systems where hotels place their inventory for sale.
