Our room was at then end of the hall near one of the end exits. There was snow melting from the room so was so water was coming down at the door they need to put salt down several time during the day so that it was not a sheet of ice. didnt know it was a sheet of ice first time i wnet out and almost fell.. The heater in the room sounded like a vacuum cleaning rund in the room and woke us up every time it kicked on during the night. The breakfast in the morning they ran out of milk so put all the cereal away even the oatmeal which you dont nee milk for. Pool had a lot of stuff floating iin it could have used a good skimming. Had a lot of the problems with the internet the signle was poor when i got on got kicked immediatley on my pc and could never get connected with my kindle. Finally gave up trying to accomplish anything was hoping to get caught up talked to the front desk but all she said is i can get on so it is working. they didnt seem to care as long as they had it.

The service at check-in and the staff were excellent, very helpful and professional. Quite a contrast on January 5,the moring I left, the check -out lady on the front desk was out right rude and nasty. She definitely looked and behaved like she was upset about something.For breakfast, we managed to get some coffee and toast with some lectures from her on how we should cover the coffee cups with the covers provided.Last thing she told me after checking out was, " I hope you come back". « less

My family usually stays in this hotel when we travel to Cincy. Although it has only been 3 years since our last stay a lot has changed at this hotel. VERY disappointed this trip!!! First, the hotel website says there is a hot tub......WRONG!!!! We were really looking forward to relaxing, the hot tub is gone, UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!!! Second, the pool was water was green, cold, and appeared to have tons of sand in the bottom. Third, the staff was VERY loud. I was trying to settle my kids down and about 7 women were trying to put up a Christmas tree, they were out of control and acting very childish. The beds were tiny and very uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights, if it would have been up to me, we would have left ASAP!!!!!! « less
