Sun N Sand Resort is an Oceanfront Hotel with 224 Well-appointed Guest room units, all with microwave, refrigerators, and bathrooms with granite countertops. All floors have enclosed hallways. We offer expansive oceanfront or sideview sleeping rooms. All rooms feature: Coffee Maker, Microwave, Fridge, Hair Dryers, Iron and ironing board, High Speed wireless internet Access, Electronic Card door entry system, Flat Panel TV's. Laundry facilities available on property. Coming soon our business center We also proudly offer: 6200 square feet of meeting space to include 2 board rooms, four rooms with fabulous oceanfront views and 3 large rooms that create the Grand Ballroom. Additional hotel amenities include Outdoor hot tub, Outdoor and Indoor pools, Fitness center,and Zenzi's Beach Bar and Grill plus Zenzi outdoor patio bar *open seasonally*.
