The Hampton Inn and Suites Chapel Hill/Carrboro is a brand new in-town hotel that opened in Aug. 2013. It is within walking distance to UNC Campus and the many shops and restaurants of Chapel Hill and Carrboro. With this great location, 142 spacious rooms and suites and over 3,000 square feet of meeting/event space the Hampton Inn and Suites can easily accommodate your convention or group. Located at the end of Franklin Street where Chapel Hill and Carrboro come together, you are just a few minute walk to most UNC venues in this great college town.All guests of the Hampton Inn & Suites receive our complimentary On the House hot breakfast, free WiFi in all rooms and common areas and fresh baked cookies at check-in. All guest rooms contain large work desks, flat screen televisions. Suites have both fridge and microwave. Visitors will enjoy soft luxurious sheets, choice of feather or foam pillows, plush duvets and the comfort of our pillow-top mattresses. The 1,000 sq ft state of the art fitness facility allows for a great workout just steps from your guestroom. On a warm day, relax in our luxurious outdoor pool or a comfortable lounge chair on the upscale pool deck. On a cool evening relax beside our poolside fire pit.With 17 foot ceilings, our Smith and Williams meeting rooms can accommodate groups up to 250 for theater set-up or 150 for a banquet. Our upscale Hatchell Board Room seats 8 for smaller meetings. We also have 610 sq ft of pre-function area to assist in the perfect layout of your event.A great addition is the large pool deck that can accommodate up to 300 for out door receptions.
