Was here for two months on business and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are more like apartments with full kitchens and utensils as well as dishwashers. During my stay I did not eat that much at their evening social hours with free beers and wine but from the times I did eat there the food was ok but you really can't complain since this is free and 99.9 percent of hotels don't even offer this.The front desk staff as well as housekeeping were all very accommodating. I would defiantly stay at this hotel for any leisure or business travel in the WP area in the future as it is close enough to white plains (about 2 miles) and far enough where you don't have to deal with the noise/traffic. « less

Spent 5 days at the HYATT house in a "temporary housing" situation between apartments with my wife and 2 toddlers.
It was great...very clean, very wide open and modern feeling and the breakfast buffet was nicely stocked. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was plenty large enough for us.
The staff was pleasant.
No complaints...a nice place in a strategically good location in White Plains. I'd recommend it. « less

This hotel is perfect for families. Lots of room, clean, quiet, free Internet and parking. The staff is very courteous. The rooms are clean and the beds and pillows are comfy. The free hot breakfast is a nice perk. We stayed for 5 days so more variety in the choices would be nice. Our suites had a full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The location is only 20-30 minutes to NYC so if you have a car it's easy to get there. If not, you can take the train in. Downtown White Plains which is a few minutes away offers a nice choice of restaurants and several malls. Staff member Katrina Snyder was super to us! « less
