First what hotel doesn't have auto doors at their entrance? I was trying to pull my cart full of luggage and open a double set of doors as the two gals at the desk both stood and looked at me! Took 25 min to check in and it was 12:30 am and we were extremely tired, just ready to go to bed! They had no king beds available which was okay BUT the small queen was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, it was so hard and squeaky. There was only two very cheap pillows on our bed. I went to the front desk and asked for two more and she said the housekeeping room was locked so I asked if she could get two from an empty room and she said no she wasn't allowed to do that! The room smelled awful too! My opinion is if u pay $240 for two nights you should at least get a freaking continental breakfast! Instead since it has a restaurant, you have to buy their expensive breakfast, but no thanks. We would rather drive and get breakfast than pay the Hope Hotel more money for horrible service! I would NEVER stay there again nor would I EVER recommend anyone else to stay there.

The Hope Hotel, proximate to Wright State University and Wright Patterson Air Force Base, is an excellent, well-priced choice for group accommodations. I worked with Sue Edlen to plan our school's Science Olympiad Team stay there. Sue was so friendly and helpful. The hotel seems eager to respond to the unique needs of any group: Science Olympiad team, wedding party or peace accord planners. I did not realize it until I arrived, but the Hope Hotel hosted the Bosnian Peace Accord meetings. The public areas are decorated with photos and memorabilia from this very important event. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfortable. There is an on-site restaurant with early morning to late evening hours. When we discovered the day before that food service would not be provided at the competition site, Sue quickly worked with the restaurant to allow us to order lunch for 32 to go. This allowed our young Olympians to stay focused and parents not to fret about meal provision.

The Conference Center offers audio visual support, staging and flexible/innovative room plans to make your next meeting or event the very best. We feature over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, comfortably accommodating groups of 5 – 600 and boast the largest Ballroom in the Dayton area (7,700 sq. ft.) The Hope Hotel offers 265 newly renovated and fully equipped, clean, comfortable, non-smoking guest rooms. All are complete with internet access, in-room coffee service, micro-fridge, hairdryer, iron/ironing board , voice mail, radio with MP3 hookup, 32 inch flat screen TV, and individual climate control.
