We stayed in this hotel on a business trip. Location is great, staff is friendly (except for the restaurant), and rooms are nice and comfortable. BUT walls are paper thin! Our neighbor next door was having a casual phone call and we heard every word. If someone next door is watching TV, and it doesn't have to be blaring loud in their room, good luck sleeping! I was shocked how you had no privacy in your room, and this was the case with other rooms on all floors. Our room wasn't an adjoining room either, so it was just the insulation didn't exist in this hotel. « less

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent visit. I am sorry that some parts of your experience did not meet your expectations. It is always disappointing when any of our staff members come off as not being friendly. Most comments from our guests indicate that a friendly staff is one of the hotel's strengths. I will certainly look into those comments completely.
Regarding the noise issue, the hotel is scheduled to begin a complete renovation in just a couple months, and that problem is one that will be addressed. I apologize if it created an inconvenience.
