We offer standard King or Doubles, Some two room King & Double Suites with micro/fridges. All Standard Rooms come with in room coffee makers, hair dryers, iron & iron boards, 27" Flat Screen TV's, Cable w/HBO. Free 15 piece item continental breakfast. We are 5 miles north of downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. Located on the north east side of the City of Knoxville. East Center Mall 5 miles and Women's Basketball Hall of Fame 5 miles downtown. Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg just 50 minutes away. We also are Pet Friendly. One Time Pet Fee of $10.00 for small animals and $20.00 for large animals. We request Valid Credit Cards for authorizations on rooms and reservations. Use must be 21 and show ID at check-in. We have a very large parking lot for tour bus's, trucks, RV's, and campers. There is no charge for parking. We Are Group Friendly!!
