Check in was about 10 minutes. Two rooms. One was clean but the other wasnt made up when we walked in. Not a big deal they cleaned it right away. « less

Stayed for a week in July 2012. Check in was quick but there was'nt a long line at the time. Asked for an Ocean view and got it no problem. The room was small and the air didn't work all that well but it was clean and had what we needed. Gave us a lot of freebies so that was a plus and if you gamble and get points had more freebies come our way. So I ate for almost free the times I did use the restaurants. Restaurants not to bad either. All in all it was a great stay. Loved the beach and ocean and the entire boardwalk. Loved the location too. Went back a few more times for weekend visits and stayed in the Tower. Much more updated and a better room but like I said all in all it was great. I couldn't beat the price I paid also. « less

The other Hotels had alot more to offer and i felt a little cheated that way. We spent more time at the ceasers than our assinged hotel. the staff were very helpful and kind. The sheets clean. « less

Horrible is all I can say. We picked Trump because of the location near Boardwalk Hall, and that will never happen again. It was so convienent, but what a dump. Dump Plaza would be a better name.
The decor in the rooms was from the 80's. Actually, everything in the room was from the 80's including the worn bed linens. The tub and shower were gross, the toilet had trouble flushing, and the gold colored bed speads were worn out. I was actaully afraid to sleep in the bed. The matress must have been from the 80's as well because when you laid down you rolled to the middle.
The one thing that the room had going for it was the beautiful view we had. It's unfortunate for the staff that the place is such a dump, becuase maybe they'd have more business if they fixed up the place. All the staff we encountered were wonderful.
Stay somewhere else...anywhere else....even if the room is free! « less

i chose this hotel because it was next to board walk hall as we were attending a concert on 4-27-2013 i will tell you this is the dirtiest place i have ever staying in lets start with the room it had 1 light and very dark no outlets to charge a phone and a tv from 1982 and has not been updated since 1978 cig burns on the floor dirty sinks and tub also the when walking around the hotel we noticed the garbage cans and baskets buy the entrances and elevators they were over flowing with garbage and coffee cups this place is filthy . even the lights in the casino had dust caked on them
