GREAT service! Good location! Comfy bed. The shuttle service is great too. We had a King Suite with a kitchenette. We had just come from an 8 day cruise and did our laundry in the machines (which were affordably priced). We really appreciated the helpful information for touring the downtown area. AND the breakfast was a FULL breakfast with biscuits, gravy and sausage and more. « less

It is near the airport but quiet - didnt hear the planes at all. I would stay here again. The staff seem friendly and helpful. parking is adequate and safe and they offered some limited covered parking. If you have status, the upgrade is very nice! « less

This hotel had great great service. We just unloaded from our flight and phoned the hotel for a pick up . They were there within minutes. We then headed to the hotel. Front desk suggested a Pub down the road for some dinner. They had an 24hr shuttle driver that would drive us there and pick us up. The pub was older but had so much character. It was karaoke night and we had a blast. Best chicken wings we have ever eaten!. The next day we wanted to go shopping at Seattle Centre mall. Front desk told us there is a Mall shopping shuttle that would pick us up from our hotel and drive us to the mall. How convenient!. Rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfy. We asked for a late check out yup 2pm and front desk said "no problem". The hotel shuttle driver then drove us to the airport for our flight. This was a great one nighter airport hotel.........would definately recommend staying here for sure « less
