This hotel is in a nice suburb of Cleveland . The staff both at check in and check out was very friendly and always acknowledged us during our three day stay. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The evening reception and the breakfast were exceptional . We would stay here again if we were in the area. « less

The fire alarm went off in hotel but not our room. I happen to go to restroom and heard the commotion. I asked employee if they had tried to alert every room. He replied very rudely, "Did you not hear the alarm?" and I answered , No that is why I am asking you. I talked to 4 other people & in only 1 room did an alarm go off. Totally not accepted. I did tell someone and they did apologize. Also...no handicap parking places except in back side of hotel. The parking was full of 30-40 people standing around drinking. It was hard to get around them. Also the person told me on phone told me wifi was free...but it wasn't. I complained and they gave me code. Not satisfied at all with this property. « less

I heard that they have a shuttle to/from the airport, but I did not utilize or inquire any further.
This was a very convenient location for me, so it was a perfect choice that worked out very well. « less

Our doubles and king bed types are split 50/50 and we do try and accommodate everyone's needs if possible. I will be sure to look at the Fitness Center's equipment issue immediately. We have recently done some repairs in there but I will see if there is other repairs needed. We are up to get an equipment refresh this year.
