Disappointed that your establishment did not accommodate my grandson who has Cerebral Palsy with handicapped accessible accommodations as I requested and was told would happen upon our arrival when I made the reservation via telephone. However, it did not! We were given a suite on the third floor near a stairway not an elevator! Housekeeping NEVER came to our site. I went to the front desk to get fresh towels. I also took out the trash! I realize this was a busy weekend but I paid for services that were NOT donated for FREE! I was very disappointed with the service.

Ask for Kleen x and they wanted to send us toilet paper instead to use. Extremely poor elevators just total dis array. Obviously old unit, Luggage carts were filthy and greasy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was under a major renovation,causing some inconvenience to the breakfast and the entrance and exit, so I would like to see the property when it is done.

The hotel was under construction and so was the surrounding area/streets to the area. Limited parking due to the construction. My hotel room had ants. Found two ants in the bed in the a.m. Front desk staff was courteous during the stay. Offered "an apology" for the ants which really didn't amount to much though.

When we arrived, we weren't expecting renovations during our stay. The pool was closed in the middle of the day and those things should have been taken care of earlier before it was supposed to open. The room was good. However, no one cleaned our room the next day. We returned late at night with unmade beds, towels on the floor, etc. Good thing we aren't messy people. However I like the tub, toilet and sink cleaned daily. The breakfast ends too early at 9:39am. There were no vending machines on your floor and the one behind the front desk charges $3 for a soda. Everyone on vacation isn't up early. They have room service listed but don't offer any room service. We were told there's a Wendy's that's opens late. If I wanted to go back out and drive, I wouldn't have asked for room service. Lastly as we were checking out, I asked what were the gift bags behind the counter and the receptionist replied “Oh, they're for Hilton Honors members.” I said, “I'm a Hilton Honors member.” She just kept doing what she was doing. Realty??!

Hi I tried to book the hotel through Expedia. Never received a confirmation. I checked the Hilton site and it said I had zero reservations. So I then booked through the Hilton site and my reward aaccount, paid up front. When I got to the hotel I was told I had two rooms they were cancelling one. They swiped my card for a temp hold. Next I received a call to come back down they didn't swipe my card correctly. I checked my account and I was charged for both rooms plus two holds. My account is now overdrawn. Worse experience ever. Will never come here again. I love the Hilton hotels, this was by far the worse!
