Overall this is a nice hotel but it is overpriced for what you get. The rooms are nice but you don't get breakfast. There is no micro frig. The bathroom is really small. The room was very clean, but thoughout my stay the housekeeping was horrible. Each day I never knew what I was going to find. One day I got all wash clothes and no hand towels. Now I am waiting for two clean glasses to come up. Some days supplies were re-stocked -some days not. Some days I got more water, some days not. Some days I got 2 bath towels replaced, some days, only one. It is ridiculous. i would not complain but this is supposed to be an upscale hotel. I probably will come back to Nashville some time but I will NOT stay here again unless I can't help it!. Too bad, because the valet and front desk and concieirge really went out of their way and gave fanstatic service, but housekeeping spoils it. The room had great furniture. A comfy reading chair with footstool and a light, nice large flat screen TV, desk with two levels - one pulls out for computer use and has a nice office chair. Wifi is easy to connect and comes up fast. Valet brings up luggage - a nice touch. The shuttle service guys could not have been more friendly or nicer or more accommodating. « less

From the moment I pulled up to the entrance of the hotel, I was pleased with all that was to offer. The outside and inside of the hotel were visually appealing. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. It was great to hear live music in the lobby each night. It felt safe and everything downtown was within walking distance. Great experience! « less

My husband and I stayed here overnight while we were in Nashville to see a concert at Bridgestone Arena. The concert was in walking distance from the property about 10 minutes away. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle for all addresses within a few blocks distance. Our room was a very nice size, clean and comfortable. There was a breakfast buffet on site which we enjoyed. We will be back to Nashville before long and plan to stay at this hotel again. « less

Stayed at this place on business. Nice people and nice rooms. They give you a great cookie when you check in. Only problem is Internet connection kept going out and meeting rooms directly above an open restaurant with live music. Sometimes distracting. Great views in rooms. « less

This was one of the most expensive hotels in a month long trip to USA and very disappointing. We had booked a double and were given a small triangular room with a bed only 4 foot 6 inches wide for two people! At every other hotel and B&B , even the cheapest motel, we had either a king bed or two queens. We complained but were told hotel was full so we couldn't be moved. The room guide said there was a safe in the room but there wasn't. When we called reception we were rudely told that none of the rooms have safes and that we'd have to use front desk. When we again complained at front desk about small bed we were moved to a larger room with king bed. Room wasn't made up until late afternoon. Access at main entrance to hotel is poor, tiny revolving door or automatic door at side and then either steep stairs or lift to reception. To get to rooms you need to take a second lift from reception. You must use valet parking and it costs $25 a day. « less

I appreciate the review of your recent stay at our hotel. Although I was glad to read in your review that you enjoyed your stay, I was disappointed that you weren't completely satisfied and that we did not exceed your expectations. I have reviewed our website and there is no mention of safes available in the rooms. It does mention that we have deposit boxes available. Please review our website at:
You will also note that the website is very specific regarding parking:
Valet parking: $25.00, Valet Only @ Hotel
In regards to early check-in, the hotel generally runs between 90% and 100%. Very difficult to get our new guest in before 3 PM as our current guest does not always check out until noon. Of course we do everything possible to accommodate our clients.
Your feedback is truly appreciated for it is one of the most important tools that allow us to improve the quality of our products and services. All of your comments will be internally discussed with our management team for immediate action.
Again, I thank you for your review and assure you that your feedback has been taken into consideration. I sincerely hope you give us another opportunity to stay with us next time you’re in town.
