First it is super clean and the staff is as welcoming and eager to help, one would believe they are in the far eats. Good attitudes. My two demands for a hotel room are a firm bed and a generous shower They score A+ on both counts Their rooms are modern and easy to operate. In short you do not need a Ph.D to use the TV or lights.... or shower sounds familiar Hoteliers are going high tech and the guests are FORCED to comply/ suffer.
They are across the street from a good shopping center and a few yards from many restaurants … their breakfast was included in my room rate and was hot and tasty
Hard to complain and I am quite a critic
We were headed toward their next door hotels - they were laconic ion the phone and Jennifer at the desk spoke to us on the phone - and made us change our palsn
The man Chad who bumped into us and aided a weary traveller - luggage etc - turned out to be the GM - one super attitude

My husband had to travel to this area for work, so I tagged along for the trip. The hotel was very nice, very clean and the customer service was excellent. I believe Jenny checked us in and works the 3pm - 11pm shift, she was extremely helpful and her interaction with all of the guest was great. The woman who works the breakfast area was AWESOME (I apologize I forgot her name), but she truly made breakfast time a delight. She spoke to EVERYONE, she made us feel welcomed. I LOVED the indoor pool and had a ball swimming every morning I was there, plus it truly is a heated indoor pool. The rooms were nicely decorated and although the mattress was a little soft for my taste, that is not a reflection on the hotel, it is simply a matter of taste. There is a chinese & italian restaurant that is within walking distance, but they also deliver to the hotel. The Italian food was AWESOME. Don't want to leave out any of the staff, so to the morning guest service person (a woman) who suggested we spend Thursday in St.Augustine, thank you we had an amazing day and to the two gentleman in maintenance one who advised me on how to turn on the whirlpool and the other who tried to fix the treadmill "Thank You". All in all, we were there for three nights and I can honestly say I would stay there again w/out hesitation. EXCELLENT STAFF!!!! « less
