Located just one mile from UNC Charlotte and convenient to restaurants, entertainment and world-class shopping, the Comfort Suites University Area is a 7-story interior corridor hotel with 120 studio suites. Each double and king suite is complete with a microwave and compact fridge. Included is high-speed wireless internet and full, hot breakfast buffet served daily. A computer is available in our business center should you be traveling without a laptop. Our newly renovated fitness room includes free weights. Our ballroom features up to 1440 square feet of flexible event space. Easy access to Uptown Charlotte, Nascar Racing and attractions, The Comfort Suites University is just 11 miles from Charlotte-Douglas Airport and close to everywhere you want to be in the Charlotte/Concord area.
