We reserved a 2 and 3 bedroom condo to share with family (a total of 8 adults and 2 children) and the resort put us on the same floor at the St George's building on the second floor. This was a great family vacation and very quiet with little noise heard from either below or above. One of the nice features is that the patio for both our units was screened-in so no worries about bugs. Our 3 bedroom was a two bedroom unit with a studio lockout. This was great for our family as it gave us some separation, but easy access to both units. The two bedroom was a one bedroom with a studio lockout....again, separation during sleeping, but easy access during waking hours. Both the 2 and 3 bedroom units were spacious and our only complaint was that the kitchen cabinets and the appliances were a bit dated. Bedding was good and the master bedrooms had large whirlpool tubs....great for soaking. The resort has two large pools and the activities staff did a great job entertaining the sunbathers at the pool (games like, deal or no-deal). One of the best things about the resort is the location...within walking distance of SeaWorld and easy access to I-4 to get to the Disney Parks. I highly recommend this resort for family vacations wanting close proximity to Disney, SeaWorld and International Drive shops and restaurants. « less

Stayed here for a week with the family as part of a 2 week Disney trip. Excellent location for Seaworld and Universal - only minutes away and just off International drive. Plenty of shopping malls within 15/20 mins drive. Disney parks about 20 mins drive. Dennys and Walgreens within 2 mins drive Petrol garage + 7/11 supermarket opposite the security entrance and a BoneFish (seafood) restaurant next door within walking distance Great pools - (open 07.00am - 11.00pm) 1 is slightly heated so ideal for the kids. Hot tubs here and there, pool and table/tennis and a little astroturf park for the kids. Stunning tropical grounds which were perfectly maintained and very clean everywhere. Rooms were clean and spacious with plenty of towels, coffee,washer/dryer + flatscreen TV's in all rooms. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this place.
Would especially like to Thank the reception and conciege staff - pleas read below......... Arrived here very tired after a long flight from the UK. Check-in was supposed to be 16.00 but were unable to get into our room until 18.30. We were all a bit ratty but reception staff were very polite and offered us some credit at the restaurant. Woke to a wet floor in the bedroom as the A/C unit had leaked during the night. Reported it to reception and they sent maintenance out within 5 minutes. Spoke to a very helpful lady at reception about our problem and she was able to help us out with some comps to one of the parks. Consiege arranged travel to the park and ushered us in through the main entrance. Excellent service all around. « less

Stayed here for 4 nights after a cruise to get a taste of Orlando. Was really impressed - we arrived way too early for check - in and they arranged an early check-in for us. (And also a late check-out - I am 6 months pregnant and they basically did everything they could to accommodate us). The room was amazing - clean, tidy and HUGE!! Full kitchen, washing and jacuzzi etc. The shop on the premises had everything you needed and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Genuinely cannot praise this hotel highly enough!! « less
