Our property offers both Tradional and King Executive rooms with one King bed or two Queen beds. Amenitites include refrigerator, iron/ironing board, in-room coffee maker, laptop size safes, and , in the larger King Executive rooms, microwaves. Additionally we offer free WiFi, seasonal outdoor pool and Express Start Breakfast. We are located one hour North of San Francisco in the winecountry of West Sonoma County.

This Fairfield Inn hotel was a big disappointment compared to the wonderful Best Western hotels we stayed at on our vacation. We chose this Fairfield since we had stayed at other ones that were fairly nice, but regret staying here. The furnishings, lighting and decorating were quite unattractive and the carpeting was old and worn looking. The bed was good and it was nice the windows opened although just a few inches. The breakfast was limited with good scrambled eggs but stale breakfast breads. There was coffee available in the lobby 24/7 which was nice. The worst experience was the lobby greeting was not welcoming. When the front desk attendant woman checked us in, she hardly spoke and seemed rushed except to seriously say (since I always request a scenic view) "You won't have a scenic view - just wanted to let you know since there is none here!" I've never had anyone at a hotel say that to me and found it quite a turn off to staying there right from the start. « less

We stayed at this hotel for my daughter's college graduation in Rohnert Park; it's only about 8 miles from the college, so it was as convenient as staying in Santa Rosa but included the prettier drive on the Gravenstein Highway. The hotel is newer. The rooms are clean and the staff was pleasant. I would stay again. « less

This property is a typical Marriott flag; crisp, clean and well-located. I have visited the hotel many times exploring the Russian River, Sonoma Coast and Sonoma wineries, a much less congested area than nearby Napa. The property is just perfectly set for a weekend away from some of the urban sprawl of Northern California. You find yourself only 15 minutes from busy highway 101 and Santa Rosa, and now within an easy drive of funky Guerneville, gorgeous coastlines, thick forest, and less well-known wineries. But this review is being published because of a unique employee, Theresa, who single-handedly manages the complementary buffet breakfast. Every time i visit it is a pleasure to be greeted by her smiling face and name recognition. Generally, Marriott does a good job training their employees, and I work in the hospitality business, but Theresa has become part of the Sebastopol Fairfield Inn brand and it is a pleasure to visit. « less

I didn't have a chance to try the complementary breakfast, so can't say much about that. There are a number of reasonable restaurants nearby and in Santa Rosa, but not much that stays open late. Overall, a nice place to stay if visiting the area. « less
