We were in La Jolla for a family event and spent just one night there. I had requested a room with a view on an upper floor and we were accommodated with a room on the fourth floor (out of five) with a partial ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable and included all the amenities that we needed. The location is excellent and we loved our early morning walk along the coast and Scripps Park. Ample parking both in front and back. Overall, the room was a good value for the price and we would definitely stay there again. « less

We had a partial ocean view room (ocean two blocks away) - the breeze was lovely and necessary since the air conditioning is not working in April. Clean room, recently refreshed and comfortable beds. We only stayed one night, but it was pleasant. Fresh apples in the lobby were a nice touch and a good snack. The breakfast was basic, but convenient and tasty. This was the second time we had stayed here - much more reasonable than the beach front hotel area which is an easy walk away. Construction efforts in the nearby rooms did not cause any disturbance. We would stay here again. « less

Fresh fruit every morning and very Rare: Hot Chocolate, I had it every night. Had a problem with my bill and they fixed it right away. Great service all around. « less

THe hotel was located close to the wedding and reception, it was very near the shopping district of town and near the beach. All in all, a nice stay. « less
