Property Description

Our Three Star hotel is the ideal place to stay in Phoenix. We are conveniently location in midtown Phoenix on the Phoenix Light Rail System, which provides for convenient, efficent, transportation to and from the airport and downtown Phoenix as well as Tempe and Mesa. We are located in the heart of the Phoenix restaurant corridor and blocks from the "Melrose" District. The Melrose District and Seventh Avenue as a whole are two of the most vibrant, growing areas of central Phoenix. It’s an artistic and community hub, and this gateway is a perfect way to celebrate its diverse culture. We welcome groups, sports teams, corporate events, weddings and other celebrations as well as individual travelers. Complimentary, Continental breakfast is served daily. Excellent wifi and cable television with free premium channels. Complimentary passes to LA Fitness on site. Complimentary parking. In room Keurig coffeemakers.
