Hotel is pretty typical Best Western. Nice rooms, good breakfast. But, it is right on the Watterson Freeway, so be sure to ask for a room opposite the freeway. Easy convenient access to downtown, to airport, to University of Louisville and Churchill Downs. Didn't try Mango's, but it looked nice. Front doors need to be automatic open as it is hard to drag suitcases in while handling the two sets of doors. « less

we checked into this property Monday night, April 29. the staff was so helpful with routine check in, wake up call, park & fly, & early cab reservations. but there was more good service!! first of all, a laptop was left at the business center, which was promptly reported to us, & subsequently retrieved. second, the interior light of our car was mistakenly left on! this was also promptly reported, & subsequently turned off by us!!! Mikki & Jamie really excel at handling the front desk! this attention to detail is much appreciated by travellers such as us. thanks ever so much!!! « less

We were in Louisville for the 80th birthday of a family member. It was the weekend of "Thunder over Louisville" so we didn't want to be right downtown. This hotel was perfect. Close to the highways, close to family, great breakfast with sausage gravy and biscuits, and just overall a great stay. Could use a little updating, but nothing that would stop us from coming back. « less

This was a business trip and we had entire hotel booked, hot water was hard to come by...but everyone was departing each morning at the same time. The hotel restaurant was a Mexican restaurant, which was mediocre. This would not be my first choice of hotel but it was okay. « less
