The renovation included all guest rooms, lobbies and new Currents restaurant. November 2000 marked the unveiling of our newly constructed 10,000 sq ft “Sarasota Ballroom”. Our $1.5 million dollar zero entry Lagoon swimming pool features cascading waterfalls, tropical landscaping, whirlpool spa, pool bar, game room and laundry facilities. We have also rebuilt our marina and have added 32-slip Bellingham Floating Dock System. The lush tropical grounds, our resort-lagoon swimming pool, Bellingham 32 slip floating dock Marina system and state-of-the-art Conference Center, will inspire guests in our captivating surroundings. Additional on site amenities include: bicycle rentals, an arcade, laundry facilities, a fitness center with private massages available and fishing/sightseeing excursions provided by many local’s to include Chitwood Charters from our private marina.
