I work in the entertainment services industry and I am often called upon by my clientele to recommend premier hotel destinations. During the past year, I have had to stay in hotels extensively for relocation purposes and have discovered an absolutely wonderful, world-class hotel close to the airport in West Palm Beach, Florida -- Double Tree by Hilton Hotel West Palm Beach. The staff is superb -- the amenities are great -- and the food and service in the hotel's own "Geckos Restaurant" is absolutely outstanding!
As a top-tier "Diamond" member of the Hilton Honors & Rewards Program, knowing that I am receiving the "best value for my dollars" spent during each hotel stay, especially in this economy, is also an important aspect of why I continue to select the Double Tree West Palm Beach Airport.... the hotel's management, Jason and Angela, and the entire front desk staff show great appreciation for guest loyalty and always work to insure that they extend to me the very best rate for each stay; therefore, many of my stays have been long-term on most occasions. Also, I have found the shuttle service and staff to be absolutely outstanding, especially shuttle driver Frank -- you can tell that the entire staff at the Double Tree really love their jobs and they go out of the way to insure that travel to the Doube Tree, as well as to nearby popular tourist destinations is convenient and safe for the hotel guests.
So, if you are looking for a world-class hotel that offers the best value, amenities, and service amongst top hotel brands, then look no further -- you will be absolutely pleased with your stay at the Double Tree by Hilton West Palm Beach Airport. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The customer service here was great as well as the cleanliness of the room. It is in a very convenient location near the airport as well as city place and the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for comfort as well as excellent customer service. There is a bar right downstairs as well as a very nice restaurant. And of course the cookies are a great bonus when you arrive :) My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here and will be returning when we are in the west palm area again. « less

Thank you for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated. I am sorry you were not satisfied with your room on the ground floor. Thanks to valued guest feedback such as yours, we are currently completing a conversion of all of our smoking rooms. By June 1, 2013 we will be 100% non-smoking! All carpets and soft goods are being replaced and the walls and ceilings will be washed down and painted. This will eliminate any odor on the ground floor from the smoking rooms. I would also like to thank you for pointing out the cleanliness and helpfulness of our staff! We pride ourselves on our service and we truly thank you for the positive feedback!

Would like to highly compliment Guilda at the front desk. During our initial call making a reservation, she was so friendly and helpful, giving directions, holding the room for us etc. Then when we arrived, she was extremely accommodating, upgrading our room, giving us our drink and breakfast vouchers and cookies, and always with a beautiful smile and a professional yet friendly manner. Guilda was a GREAT first impression for your hotel!!! The wait staff in the breakfast area was also very friendly and helpful, as were all the shuttle drivers we used during our going back and forth to SunFest. Hotel location is great1 Workout room was a little small but filled with useful equipment. Overall, we were very happy with our experience there, and will definitely stay there again. « less
