I was in town for a graduation. May 16 to 18. This hotel was fine for me and my second mom.
Location: We were 15 min away from anything we were doing. The graduation was at the Grand Ole Orpy House. And went to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
Service: Wonderful. Greeted you with a smile. If you need help, the staff was there. The staff even let us use the breakfast area to for board games. This was are last night with my family and new friends We had a blast. Yes, we were loud. Felt bad about that. We were laughing at each other so much.
Value; Great. I purchase through tingo.com.
Cleanliness: very clean. Yes I do think some items need update. But do not bother me at all.
Sleep Quality: I cannot believe how thick the walls were. I did not hear a baby cry all night. I must of been very tired. Beds could be bigger and softer.
Food: The free breakfast was just fine. Nothing fancy. Worked out great for me and my second mom. Overall, I would stay again. I cannot beat the price or location. Thank you for Service Fairfield Inn « less

This is definitely an older Fairfield Inn. It could use some updating, but seemed to be clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. My biggest complaint is regarding the beds. They were smaller than most double beds and the mattresses were old, thin box spring mattresses. Most newer hotels or older hotels that have been upgraded now have memory foam mattresses, so these were disappointing. I would stay here again, though, if I needed to be in that same general area of Nashville. « less

Very disappointed in my stay in Nashville the past two nights. I've never been at a brand hotel like this. I'm not sure if I slept on a mattress or two box springs. Then as I grabbed the towel after showering, I opened it up and the bottom half had a reddish-brown stain on it. I just cannot imagine that multiple staff of a Marriott branded hotel would re-issue a towel like that. There was also a large stain in the middle of the floor. « less
