This place is tolerable for a few hours but definitely not a place you want to come home to. It's really conveniently located for the port and bus stop from airport. The staff are friendly ad responsive plus provide a free shuttle to the port but it's close to a dorm room in terms of facilities. « less

A lovely and wonderful hotel (Anita and Argo hotels are combined as on tourist facility). Reception stuff and all the people were very helpful and kind. It is located very near to the city centre of Pireaus and it has very good transport links to the port, Athens city centre, rail station and metro station.
I really recommend this hotel for people that want to have a pleasant accomodation in one of the most beautiful ports of Greece. « less

We were visiting to sort out family issues and needed somewhere affordable, yet clean. The Anita Argo offered both. Situated within the heart of Pairaeus with easy walking access to the Metro, buses and port. Ideal location for stop overs whilst waiting on your boat / ferrie's to the Islands. If you have car, they have easy parking right next door. Finding the place could be a little tricky, but with a good GPS, you should be OK.
Rooms were medium ( small double) size yet clean and well presented with friendly service. I would recommend this hotel for short business trips, stops overs etc. « less

I frequently travel to Greek islands via Piraeus. Recently stayed for my first time at Anita Argo on my way to and from Poros. This hotel is kept spotlessly clean - I had a good comfortable room with endless hot water. Lovely modern shower room. The airport bus stops a short walk away from the hotel which is also is really close to the ferry terminal and so perfect for that early morning start. Above all the reception staff are so kind and helpful - full of useful advice and information on nearby places to eat etc - and all at a really good price. I am back in Piraeus in January 2013 and will certainly be using the Anita Argo hotel again. « less
