Our room and bathroom were very clean, a big plusfor me. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast wasn't that good and they need to move the outdoor smoking area away to another location. When you exit the end door it smells like an ashtray. « less

However we found the breakfast offerings below what we have expected from this chain. Nevertheless the price was great & the property has an indoor pool, exercise room, free wifi, etc. We'd stay here again. « less

There were no other rooms available in Newnan and know I know why. More expensive than either the Springhill (next door) or the Hampton (across the street). Breakfast was probably the worst I have seen at any hotel offering an all inclusive buffet. Waffle batter watered down, pastries stale and yogurt served from a bowl rather than individual servings. The first morning featured thousands of ants all around the serving areas. Staff aware of the problem but never closed service. Found ants in the room and beds that evening. Would NEVER return to this hotel. « less

Spent one week at this facility and was not real impressed. Apparently they had just completed a complete renovation but the facility still has a heavy smoke smell, there was no information in the room advising of local restaurants or delivery service to the hotel, and there was no television guide. Lighting in the bathroom is extremely poor and the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired. They have the smallest bagels I have ever seen. There are two other "suite" facilities in the same vacinity that I would recommend staying in, especially if it is for more than one night. « less
