Idle Awhile is an intimate beachside resort, located on the famous white sand beach of Negril. Fragrant tropical flowers and delightful vegetation will surround you as you walk back and forth between the beach and your suite. Besides enjoying a private, white sand beach, guests at Idle Awhile have access to Swept Away Negril's famous Sports Complex. Each guest room has been carefully designed to provide the guests with unequalled serenity and comfort and every unit is air conditioned and provided with cable TV.
For breakfast, the friendly staff will serve you Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, tea, pastry, fruit and orange juice at $6 per person. The beachside Chill Awhile Restaurant, offers Jamaican fare, fresh fruit juices and full service bar. Vegetarian and Italian cuisine is also available. The 10 acre sports and fitness complex at Swept Away includes a lighted tennis courts (five clay and five hard), two squash courts, two racquetball courts, a fully equipped gym with the latest fitness equipment, lap pool, aerobics, Yoga, an outdoor jogging track, steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzi, and a basketball court. Spa and Beauty Salon services are available at an additional cost at the Oasis Spa, which is also located at the Swept Away Sports Complex.
