Southern Plantation style resort with 202 accommodations; (180 hotel rooms, 4 suites, 12 golf villas and six 3-bedroom condos). Located in west central Florida on the head waters of King Springs and the Crystal River that runs 7 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. On site amenities are 27 holes of golf, an hole disc golf course, dive shop, boat and pontoon rentals fromour dive shop as well as "manatee tours" and dive tours to other spings and rivers in central Florida. All 12,000 square feet of meeting is with in walking distance of all hotel rooms and villas. Max seatting is 225 with rounds of 8 and 400 theater.
