The resort's primary seaside restaurant hosts international buffets, while other dining options include a gourmet restaurant, a Mexican specialties venue and a seafood grill. A 24 hour fast food restaurant is located on the beach where soft drinks, only, are served after midnight. The resort boasts three swim up bars and a lobby bar. Another bar is located at an amphitheater, where shows and cultural programs are performed. Leisure amenities include an outdoor pool, two relaxation pools with spa tubs, children's swim areas, a solarium and a private beach. Shops stock sundries and gifts. The Gran Bahia Principe Tulum encircles the central Hacienda Doña Isabel entertainment area. The Principito Club caters to children ages 4 to 12 with supervised indoor games and outdoor activities.
Guestrooms. This resort offers 810 guestrooms in 45 three story villas. Contemporary guestrooms reflect the hues of the Mexican Caribbean in bright tints of aqua and terra cotta.
