If there were a lower grade available, this motel deserves it. It gives the Knights Inn franchise a bad name and should be debranded immediately. Faucets in bathroom were mismatched....

If there were a lower grade available, this motel deserves it. It gives the Knights Inn franchise a bad name and should be debranded immediately. Faucets in bathroom were mismatched. There cigarette burns in the bathtub and this was marked a non-smoking room. There were holes in walls larger than baseball-sized. The ceiling was warped indicative of water damage and looked painted over with several thick layers of paint to cover up that defect. The A/C/heater knob and indicator was faded you couldn't tell where you should turn the knob for the desired temperature. When you picked up the phone, the handset fell apart and the cord fell out of the phone! The TV was at least 20 years old and the batteries for the remote were held in by thick layers of tape! The remote was sticky and gooey as a result. The bed was lumpy and with all that was visible, it made you wonder what was less visible. At $20 a night, less than half the going discounted rate, it would still be a DUMP! « less

my uncle was at the hospital which is just accross to street.very clean rooms friendly housekeeper. we request not to use any hard cleaning supply due to 2 samll children...

my uncle was at the hospital which is just accross to street.very clean rooms friendly housekeeper. we request not to use any hard cleaning supply due to 2 samll children they said no problem.extra spply due to 4 of us staying in the room .with the smiling face lady did gave us some supply.she just said can you just sign that i have given extra supply just the part of our job. « less

This a true Drive Inn. No lobby, no fitness room, no common areas. Drive up to your room and have a comfortable stay. Wonderful, helpful front desk staff.
This is a budget hotel. So do not expect any frills. Rooms are huge. My room had a microwave, fridge, CRT TV, and dated furniture and decor. It keeps you safe, and warm at a very affordable price: If that is all you are looking for, look no further than this Knights Inn. « less

Recently i had several family members stay at the Knight's Inn, they were the only Motel to accept dogs in Monroe. One Family member stayed 3 days and the Maid never came into the room. Bed was unmaid, no clean towels, etc. When another family member came in late at night, She pulled the blankets down to find that the sheets were soaked in blood! She pulled the sheets off and slept on the matress. After waking up in the morning, she of course had bite marks all over her legs from bed bugs. They continued to itch after a week when she went to the doctor who told her she had gotten Scabies too! Woukld stay as far away from this COOTIE Hotel as possible. « less
