Stayed here at this hotel for night. The hotel is renovating rooms completely. Everything in room was completely renovating. Very nicely done. Bed very comfy. Not all rooms are done yet. Woman at front desk needs to be more friendly. Lobby needs to be redone. Was not impressed with restaurant but I wasn't there for food. There needs to be more towels in bathroom I would definitely stay here again. « less

Rooms 3 tried were horrible. Hotel Dirty; smelly, no pool,no whirlpool. All for 109 per night. Obvious that the manager does not care at all and is just soaking money from people who are caught after checkin. They claim that it will soon be a Best Western. Hope Best Western has some common sense and kills the franchising to this owner. Bad decision for me to expect you/Hotels.com would be providing a useful service. I don't expect you would credit me for the disaster but an apology would be appreciated. I will be more wary now. D Austin « less

Stains everywhere you look! Housekeeping may be kind, but front-desk service was unnacceptable. Same 2 workers I saw here from two years ago. Only chose the place because of price and location. Next stay will definitely not be the Travelodge. Windows dirty, air conditioners humm too loud, corridors are dirty, elevator smells of urine, and mattresses are stained. « less
