We were given a smoke free room which reeked of smoke. Definitely not a Smoke free room. The next room had a spread on the bed which had a cigarette burn in it. Sheets were so wrinkled they looked like someone had already slept on them. The mirrors were dirty and had dust on the frame ledges. The coffee pot was dirty with stains in the basket, the cord was dirty and had a build up of dust on it. The curtain had a gap which gave a view of the bed in the mirror. The breakfast had poor selection. At check in noticed some cinnamon rolls wrapped and laid out on a tray. When asked about the rolls NO They were not for guest cottage as. Why were they there to make you believe they were for continental breakfast? I had just stayed in a Wyndham Cottage at Destin Florida. « less

The tub and shower were dirty and damaged, the shower curtain had been replaced and all the old holes were not fixed. A dresser drawer was broken and the top of the dresser was stained, and scratched and partially painted. The heat/air controls had the paint scratched off so it was impossible to determine how to set the unit. The outside stairs were crumbling which I saw as a safety hazard. What a dump! « less

This is the worst experience I have hadin recent memory. The rooms are dirty, the furnishings stained and dirty, the blanket on the bed had numerous cigaret burn holes in it. Overall this is the nastiest place I can ever remember staying. Seriously considered just walking out. The next morning there wasn't enough hot water to take a shower. Overall, the place is shabby at best. Ramada should be ashamed that their sign is on this facility. The morning desk clerk was playing on the internet and was irritated that I asked for a copy of my folio. I come to Clarksville approx once a month on business and was lured by the rate...NEVER AGAIN! « less
