I was pleased from the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful as I was unfamiliar with the area. The breakfast was amazing, by far the best I have had at any Best Western thus far. My housekeeper (I think her name was Anna) was great and always greeted with a smile. I would recommend this property to anyone coming into Ontario that's looking for a clean, friendly, reasonably priced hotel. « less

My husband and I are middle class people. We work hard for our vacations and when we get away, we like to have fun. It's hard to have fun when you arrive at your hotel (pre-paid) and are directed to a side window with a metal speaking tube, just like the 24 hr gas stations! We couldn't help that our flight was delayed and we arrived at midnight. The staff couldn't locate our booking. Really? In this Internet age? Good think I had my confirmation papers with me...since I couldn't use the computer locked up in the business room. Lol. The staff wasn't at all cheery from the front desk to the breakfast room people. I have reviewed another hotel by the Ontario airport that I'll go to next time. Oh, and I brought my suit to get a swim in before we leave for the Claremont colleges but the pool doesn't open until 10 am. Really? In Southern California? There were three truckers in the breakfast room so I guess that's who usually stays here but I'm sure truckers like to have fun too! « less

I don't know how anyone on could rate this hotel a 5, much less the 3 Stars it is rated on some sites. The rooms have no sound insulation. You can hear every conversation with your neighbors. The Ontario airport is nearby and you hear every jet taking off. If you are on the first floor, you will hear every step taken by the person above you. The AC thermostat must be set to not let the temperature go below a certain level, regardless of how low you set it. The "that's it, I'm leaving" moment was when the truck drivers fired up their diesels at 4:00 a.m. and revved them up and down for 10 minutes before leaving.
I stayed two nights and changed hotels during my trip to Ontario because I could not get any sleep. I have stayed in many hotels in the Ontario airport area, some closer to the airport, and have never had to check out 1/2 way through my trip because of noise.
If you are used to a noisy environment then this hotel may work for you. The rooms are crowded, but newly remodeled. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fine. « less
