While the room was spacious and clean, the smell of cigarette smoke was overhwelming! The bed linens even smelled of smoke and there were burn holes in the blankets. Most of the tv shows were pay per view. Little variety of programming. Ventilation was not that great either « less

Personnel were very friendly and gracious. My room was large and comfortable and my 2 night stay was very comfortable. Cost was excellent. There were some problems in that when I checked in and entered my room I found the door open and the room had not been cleaned nor had the bed been made. The gentleman at the front desk was very apologetic and explained that there were some problems with the staff. He quickly got the room prepared and was very pleasant and efficient. I was satisfied with the results and had a comfortable stay. I might add that there was a family of four checking in ahead of me that had the same problem. Unfortunately, that family decided not to check in and went elsewhere. I checked in at sometime after 6:00 PM, so there should have been plenty of time to have the room prepared. I hope that the problems with the cleaning staff are corrected because I enjoyed a comfortable stay after the initial problems. « less
