Not enough towels in the room, no remote for the TV, and the fan in the bathroom was so loud, it was awful. Paper was coming off the wall in the bathroom, where the fan is. In the breakfast room not enough seats in side or out, also no Ice for drinks. Also the towels that we had were so cheap and rough. For a Plus Hotel we were disappointed. « less

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel and I feel that the quality went down. The rooms aren't as "bright" giving off they weren't as clean. I don't remember also the noise from the street as much.
Last time that I stayed I paid half the amount; now that I paid double...I don't think that it is worth it. I remember the breakfast use to be slightly different each days giving you a little bit of an option but this time around the breakfast was the same each day.
We have decided collectively to try another hotel in the area next time we visit family. The price and value is just not up to par anymore.

Our stay was the worst we have EVER experienced! My sisters, mother, I and our children traveled down to visit with family from Friday 4-12 threw checkout tue 4-16. We were only in our rooms in the evenings after visiting family all day! Sunday evening my daughter went down to grab some shampoo from the desk only to get a lecture from the front desk man who then called my room and yelled at me how dare I let my child go down alone! To me that was very rude and uncalled for!! So the next incident took place Monday evening, we got to the Hotel about 9 and wanted to let the kids go get their energy out at the pool! My mother and sister took the kids down because it was too windy outside for my infant! The kids ran down the hall and to the elevator ahead of the adults not being loud at all! When they got to the 1st floor the same gentleman who called me was waiting right in front of the elevator with crossed arms and told them that our kids are too loud and people are trying to sleep and they have had complaints about us! Well news to us because that's the 1st time we even heard that!!!! Our kids were not loud nor were we there much! So my sister felt she was being harrassed by his harsh voice and said she did not care and went out to the pool! The desk guy said he was going to send out the man who was complaining and my sister said yah go ahead! So HE DID!!! Why would a worker send out another guest!? So this man comes out and tells my sister she was a lot of very nasty uncalled for names and said if she didn't open her legs she wouldn't have these problems and then said YOU WANNA FIGHT!? So my sister pushed the man !!! And he said he was gonna call the cops. The cops were pounding on my door at 930 pm ! They talked with us and left! Later that morning at 430 am her car alarm is going off and someone had smashed out her 2 back windows with a few attempts on the windshield and other windows! Thd police came and took another report! I tried going to the desk to get information to speak to a manager and kept getting the run around. I left my number and 7 pm a man calls and tells me he's very sorry and he was on our side and all I was offered was a night or 2 free when I come back!? I WANT OUR MONEY BACK FOR BOTH ROOMS! Like we ever want to come back and stay there again! It was a JOKE!!! « less

Excellent, very comfortable room. its so comfortable, i overslept! We were visiting relatives in the area so this made a great place to stay.
And there are several very good restaurants within walking distance, particularly Louie's across Grand Avenue.
The free breakfast might need some "help", but i was so stuffed from the Louie's restaurant the night before that it was probably best i skipped breakfast. « less

We just got back from this motel where we were harrased by one of the front desk staff several times. One of the times he came and stood in front of the elevator door blocking our way and told us our kids had been noisy all day and keeping guests up. We had not been there all day and told him so to which he replied he would send the guest that complained out to confront us and he would be glad if we left the next day. We went out to the hot tub and were relaxing when this guest came out to the hot tub and called my daughter a few choice words in front of her children. Then the next morning the windows on her car were broken out and some things were stolen. We believe it was the same guest. The hotel management dont want to do anything about it. « less
