Room smelled horrible, front desk offered to move us. It did smell better next day. Extremely noises at night many young unsupervised kids roaming slamming doors in hallways until middle of night. Manager quite abrupt needs to be more polite and kind to guests. I did see sing in pool area after being told. We had just walked into pool area and did not realize drink not allowed. In spite of everything we have had excellent time at this hotel in the past this was just a bad weekend to be there. Maybe better rules with supervision of kids after 11 pm. « less

Our stay was pleasant but only one thing the chlorine level was way to high. My kids got out the pool and had red blotches on their face and our eyes were burning badly! The manager was too worried about people bringing drinks in the pool area instead of listening to us telling him to check the pool levels. Also during check in the manager didn't want to check us in because he was too busy, so we stood there for about 15 mins waiting to check in. That was terrible. The rooms were comfortable. Although the food put out for breakfast was satisfactory, there was no spigot for water behind the juice as is common in most hotels. Every time I wanted water, which is what my son and I drink, I had to go to the water fountain around the corner from the breakfast area. Additionally, your exercise room has no water dispenser or fountain. I can handle not having anyplace to hold my water cup when I exercise, but to have to leave the room to get water seems a bit odd. Every other hotel I have ever been to has a water dispenser in the exercise room!!! « less

Hotel was very easily located and parking at the hotel was good. We go to the hotel before check in and were still able to check into our hotel room which was very spacious. Hotel staff were very helpful by giving us directions to hershy chocolate world and giving us a bit of their knowledge/experience on how to get their and what to do. The leaflet they gave us about we're to eat/ locations of them was very helpful. When leaving our hotel we was always greeted with a helo by front desk staff and housekeepers. Breakfast was good and not busy. The only down Side to the stay was that the windows were dirty on the out side(front of building) and people outside under parking lot talking on the chairs quite late. Other than that I would defiantly stay here again so that I could go to hershy world as it was closed on the Thursday we were their. « less
