We booked this hotel in a pinch and I will say that the manager was amazing and I greatly appreciate her being so helpful. The overall hotel though is very old and outdated. The TVs look like they are from the late 80s maybe early 90s, this is a definitely a budget hotel! Their was a lot of unusual foot traffic around the hotel that made my family feel a bit unsteady so we ended up staying in a different hotel for the rest of our stay that was a lot nicer for the same rate. The room itself wasn't bad we were lucky to stay on the side of the hotel that was away from the freeway which decreased the overall road noise but you do hear the trolly that rides by. If you are the type the people that aren't going to be in the room much and just need a place to sleep at night this isn't horrible for the price, but if you plan on spending any quality time in the rooms I would look for a more updated hotel. The location isn't walking distance to anything so you will have to drive everywhere if you stay here. Breakfast was continental. « less

First off, I would like to say that Mary the Manager is the bomb!!! She is knowledgeable and extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly and to throw in something extra, very pretty. I had to be evacuated out of my home on an emergency basis and from check in to check out, all my needs were met, housekeeping was the best, the continental breakfast we awesome as they have the waffle maker. The room rate was very reasonable. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, along with washer and dryer facility. A fridge is in the room, microwave, ironing board and iron, and blowdryer. Maintenance and housekeeping was readily available to meet any need there was. I stayed in a two room, two bath suite with adjoining doors and it was nice to have the privacy from my 12 year old. My first night, I stayed in a regular room with queen beds and it was just as accommodating. If I ever need to stay in a hotel again, this will be the place to stay. Thank you Quality Inn & Suites staff and Mary for providing excellent customer service. « less

Stayed here with my family in December last year and in March and July this year. I always picked this hotel because it is pet friendly and has a reasonable price. I give it a high mark for cleanliness. The way the towels are presented always catch my attention. The cleaning staff artfully fold the towels before they are hung in the racks. They have hot breakfast, which is more than the continental breakfast other pricier hotels offer. They have a grassy area on one end of the building where you can take your dog, but they should put up a garbage bag dispenser if they want guests to clean up after their pets. « less
