This modern, 8 story hostel/backpackers's hotel has a bright yellow and white façade and is located in the center of Berlin, less than 5 kilometers from Alexanderplatz. Opened in March, 2004, the hotel is close to the River Spree, East Side Gallery and walking distance to the Oranienstrasse in Kreuzberg. Guests can use the hotel's safe, luggage room and wireless Internet. The hostel features a photo and accessories shop and an onsite bar with a billiard table that hosts regular parties. Separate from the dormitory accommodations, simply furnished, and compact private guestrooms are offered. These rooms have hair dryers and private showers with towels, and other linens are provided for a fee. The front desk will help with sightseeing tours and tickets. The hotel is well located for exploring Berlin, and is 3 kilometers from the Tierpark Berlin Friedrichsfelde (zoo) and 4,5 km from the famous square, Alexanderplatz. Bike rental is also available, with a deposit.

From Berlin Tegel Airport: Take the A 111 Hwy in the direction of Charlottenburg Triangle. At the Charlottenburg Triangle, get on to th A 100. You will go in the direction of Wilmersdorf. Once on the road, take the exit for Kurfurstendamm.
