The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the train station. Guests wishing to explore further afield can visit Saint Nazaire, with its magnificent ocean liners, 50 kilometres away, and La Baule, the longest fine sand beach in Europe, which is within 60 kilometres of the hotel. Nantes Atlantique Airport is 10 kilometres from the hotel. Shuttle bus services connect the airport to Nantes city centre and the SNCF train station. Taxis are also available. From the city centre, guests can catch bus number 21 to Saint Aignan. The best way to get around the area is by car or bicycle.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. On Saturday and Sunday, the desk is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM noon and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For arrivals outside these times, please call the hotel to arrange for check in.
