The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was the restaurant. It was grossly understaffed. They had one waitress for the entire restaurant. She did as well as possible. That was entirely management's responsibility to ensure enough staff. The food was good. It just took forever to get it so I'm guessing the kitchen was understaffed as well.

Although the layout of the hotel is unusual, we liked the historic character saved in the building. The diner served yummy food, the hot breakfast was really nice in the spacious courtyard, and we did not expect to find a yoga shop, a military museum, or a bar with live music to enjoy. It is an older building, shows some wear, and the pool was smaller than it looked online, but the service from every employee we encountered was wonderful. We'd stay there again.

Onsite, a trained audio visual staff and catering professionals stand by to assist you from planning through the conclusion of your event. Rated as a three-diamond hotel by AAA, you will find the Ramada Convention Center both comfortable and accommodating. Take a dip in the indoor pool, telax in the sauna or work out in the fitness center. Breakfast buffet is provided complimentary and lunch and dinner are served in Madison Street Diner.
