Business hotel purely, very nice staff and service, but location in the shopping mall is not allowing this hotel to qualify as family/relax one.....however overall expirience (including traffic mess) is good to very good. Dont buy club room, it gives you nothing - internet is extra paid, food served as hot snack is joke....only good thing is free wine (Egyptian indeed but not bad at all) and beer. Actually only place to have a drink in radius of few miles.....this part of comment is considered only for those who, by their religion, are allowed to drink. « less

This unlike the other hiltons I have been in right inside a shopping mall ! The usual Hilton services and luxury is provided. However to reach the pool, a mile long walk is required through the corridors.since I was on a business trip there was not time to hang around the hotel. Would recommend it to business travellers as there is limited thins to do around the hotel. However Carrefour is just below ! Limited bar and restaurant. Definitely there are other places in Alexandria which offer better views and service! Try the Hilton at corniche for luxury with a view! « less
