BONSAÏ HOTEL COLMAR

The Bonsai Colmar is a basic modern hotel located in the Alsace region, just five kilometres from the old town of Colmar. This two floor hotel features 49 guestrooms, all of which have simple light decor and include satellite television, direct dial phones with wake up calls, desks, full length mirrors and private bathrooms with showers.
Although there is no restaurant on site, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning (5 EUR surcharge). Multilingual staff on the front desk can help with advice on the hotel and surrounding area. There is free parking on site. The old town of Colmar is just five kilometres away and further afield the historic city of Strasbourg is 70 kilometres away. The nearest airport is Colmar Houssen Airport (CMR), four kilometres and approximately seven minutes by car.

Taxis are available from the airport. From Strasbourg central station trains run to Colmar (journey time one hour). From Paris, trains depart from Gare de l'Est station to Colmar, and take around four hours. A hire car is the best way to get around the Alsace region.
