The room was clean and had everything that was needed. They offered a good breakfast selection. Due to the conference, there were a lot of people converging on the breakfast room at the same time. The hotel staff showed great efficiency with keeping the food stocked so that nothing ran out. Getting to the hotel was easy. The conference was at University of Oregon and that is directly across the street from the hotel. « less

A brief family meeting in Eugene, OR was enhanced with amazing quality and comfort at this Best Western. Why it's just a 'Best Western' and not a 'Best Western Plus' I'm not sure about. Staff continuously showed great service. Morning breakfast was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. Room was perfect temperature. Beds are fantastic (I want one, lol). Property was quite, and cozy. Next time I'm in Eugene, I'm staying here again! « less

This location fit us nicely, the room was clean and comfortable and it was in walking distance of anything that we needed. I had booked this room months ago and felt I paid top dollar for the location; it wasn't a big deal, but I felt that the customer service was lacking. There was a conference going on and although we had seven different rooms booked within our "group", the service desk made adding a second vehicle into a big deal. « less

Over the years I have found that most Best Westerns are clean and comfortable but some are short on ammenities. That being said if you are looking for a clean and comfortable room you can not go wrong. The New Oregon motel was just fine. It is close to the U of O and downtown Eugene with lots of dining choices around the area. They offered a breakfast that we did not try so I have nothing to say about that. When we checked in there were two warning signs displayed, on for car thefts and one for a phone scam, nice to know but not the best marketing I have seen.
If you are going to Eugene and need a clean and comfortable place to stay I recommend the Best Western New Oregon Motel. « less
