From the time of our arrival at the Best Western Granbury Inn and Suites until our departure we were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms/property, and the over-all professionalism of each person who served us. I highly recommend this hotel for an overnight, or longer stop, if your destination is on the west side of Fort Worth or anywhere in the countryside surrounding Lake Granbury. « less

We checked in to this hotel on a Friday afternoon. The desk clerk was very accommodating and had all of our information ready to enter, in no time flat! Breakfast the next morning was a grand affair, with everything you could want to eat! The staff was very helpful and courteous and couldn't have done any more for us. We have stayed here before and have always had excellent service from everyone. I'm sure we will be back again!! « less

On Tuesday evening, April 23, 2013, I was welcomed by Solomon at the front desk of the Best Western Granbury Inn & Suites. I remember him because of his name--because I love God's Word, the Holy Scriptures. Wisdom, I have gleaned from King Solomon's proverbs! Naturally, Solomon, the excellent front-desk employee of the Best Western Granbury Inn & Suites, had a name that I would remember! As for the other employees, both day and night shifts, I may not remember their names, but I do remember their faces. Especially, I remember their friendly helpfulness with any and every request that I made through the end of my stay on Friday morning, April 26, How they each and corporately treated me as their hotel guest was, I am certain, how each of them would also hope to be treated. This staff exemplified the Golden Rule! « less

Our high school has used this Best Western for several years when we travel for regional academic competition. We take on average about 25 students and coaches, but we have had as many as 40. The management and staff are always friendly. The front desk has our room keys ready when we arrive and the bill ready when we leave. They have been willing to get breakfast early if we need it. On our last visit, a student left some personal belongings in the pool area. He did not realize the items were missing until several hours after we had left the hotel. The staff located the items quickly and let us know that they would keep them at the front desk until we could return to claim them. « less

I have stayed at this Best Western 4 times in last few years. I am a big fan of the Best Western name in general and always like staying at them when I am on the road working or for pleasure. This Best Western is in a great location in Granbury. Not everything has always been perfect, but the staff has always done everything to make up for it with their kindness. Hotel in very clean in all areas, lobby is very welcoming. Breakfast is good, they change it up more than other places. Parking is a little tight but nothing they can do about that. Beds are comfy and rooms are good sized. Nice flat screen tv's in all rooms. Internet is good, depending on when u try to get on, but thats normal for most hotels. The hotel staff is knowledgable of the area, and are very nice. Always welcome u back or greet u coming in. One of my favorite BW sites I stay at hands down! Josh B. « less
