We went to the Reliant Center and stayed here. We could not have picked a better hotel. It backed right up to the Reliant Center property. We just had to walk a little ways and were there. My only suggestion is that the breakfast buffet have a little more on it, and be a little warmer. As far as the hotel goes, I left my computer on the table and change in the drawers and had no problem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Reliant Center. Wonderful!

"Paid more than the stay was worth"

Considering I paid $113 to stay for 1 night, I expected more. Breakfast was not free, there was nowhere to get hot water for tea (usually hotels that a self-serve area for that), there were 'body fluids' stained on our headboard. When we alerted the hotel staff about this they actually did send someone immediately to clean it, however, it did not remove the stain. This hotel always claims to be pet-friendly, and it is, in that pets are allowed there, but there are limited places to take the dog outside and no poop bag stations. I was satisfied with the stay, but for what I actually got I should have paid much less for a 1 night stay.

Property Description

We are a full service property with 238 guest rooms and a 2,320 square foot ball room that breaks down into 3 sections. The Bayou Grille restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service daily. The Sports Page Lounge is a sports bar showing all ESPN events. We are located next door to Reliant Park with a private walk-though access gate directly onto their property. Our parking is complimentary , we have an outdoor swimming pool with hot tub, fitness center and gift shop.

Airport & Shuttle Information

We are located 15 miles from William P. Hobby Airport and 35 miles from Bush Intercontinental Airport. The hotel does not provide airport transportation, however, there are several shuttle services available running $26 - $35 round trip. Taxi expenses are $35 to Hobby and $55 to Bush.

Local Shuttle Info: We have a designated Shuttle to the Medical Center that runs seven days a week begining at 6:30AM until 10:30PM evry hour on the half hour.
