We thought this was a good hotel at a reasonable cost based on trip advisor reports and the only negative was that it is a long way from the bay area. However, if you travelled at the right time of day (after rush hour) it wasn't too bad to get to most tourist places. The staff at the hotel were all very good, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was fine for us with plenty of selection. Room was clean and well presented, my wife found that the sheets on the bed were a bit worn (Bobbly) but the bed was very comfortable. Pool and pool area was clean and accessible. The hotel was handy for the freeway fo travelling North or South and to connect to Freeways or toll roads going West and East. « less

Ok .. Where do I start .. First, we struggled to find a parking for my car and it was 11pm and you don't want to leave your car in anywhere .. Despite the unreasonably high price (I did the reservation the same day due to an emergency in my home), the first person in the front disk was called 'Louis', who checked us in, was really rude, cold and never even greets us .. we took the room and we were thirsty so we called for a water bottles, again 'Louis' was mean on the phone telling us that we had to get it ourselves from the vending machines .. we tried three of them, which were all broken, and got back to him asking for help. He replied 'Goto any restaurant and buy them, it's not my responsibility'. I have a bad condition in my back and can't walk a lot, so I decided to leave it and just sleep thirsty, when he heard that he got me 2 bottles of water which were supposed to be given to me at the first time as a greeting from the hotel. Next day, we wanted to try their breakfast .. everything was cool and never fresh .. I had a coffee and decided never to come back again. I was fooled by the high online rating. Don't be. « less

This Best Western Plus is very new and clean. Located near (walking distance even) to shops, restaurants and a movie theater. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is the usual expanded continental, and is well done. Didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool but it looked nice. Not sure if we had any neighbors but the hotel seemed very quiet. « less

My family has stayed at this hotel over 4 times and we have never been displeased with it. It is always clean and perfect for us. Although it is not a hotel for stating long periods of time. It is better for a 1 or 2 night stay. Their service is amazing. The pool could be nicer. The location is key. It is right in the middle of Kendall in Miami Fl. Restaurants are a walk away ;) « less

We stayed here for three nights in April 2013. Good easy check in from welcoming staff. We had two rooms and both were clean and of reasonable size. The breakfast is normal buffet with plenty of choice of cereals and Croissants bagels pastries etc. There was a choice of fresh fruit but i favoured the oranges they were fabulous. They have a free tea and coffee for 24 hours you can just get some from the breakfast diner. In the evening they put some cookies which were appreciated by the teens in the group.
The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. You can also use the business centre to check in print your boarding passes if required. Wifi was good too. Enjoyed the stay at Best Western in Kendall Miami. « less
