The Parc St. Charles hotel offers 123 classically-decorated guest rooms, combining modern conveniences with New Orleans "old world" hospitality. The current building was built during the Louisiana oil boom of the late 70's and early 80's. At the time it housed a branch of the "Bank of Louisiana". Prior to the building of the hotel, the area was occupied by a row of French Quarter-style townhouses from Poydras to Lafayette Square housing small businesses.
